Lincoln Spencer Apartments
Lincoln Spencer Apartments is a historic, handsome 12 story building constructed in 1903 with bay windows and wrought iron balconies on some floors and limestone ornamentation. Lincoln Spencer Apartments is located on West 69th street a short walk from historic Central Park, New York. The co-op board contacted imediawerks to design and develop a website that would showcase the beauty of this historic building and the surrounding area. The site is also a marketing tool to prospective buyers as well as a vehicle to communicate with the local residents via the secured residents/owners pages.
